CONFLICT OF INTEREST POLICY
The Arkansas Northeastern College Board of Trustees will be governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas governing or concerning matters of conflict of interest. One example of interpretation can be found in Opinion No. 74-133 by Attorney General Jim Guy Tucker, October 31, 1974, in a matter concerning a request by North Arkansas Community College District legislative delegate.
