Inspiring the world to learn more, to do more and to be more!
We all need to be inspired in order to accomplish something. Inspiration fuels our desire to reach for our dreams. It enables us to become someone we want to be. There are different sources of inspiration and Arkansas Career Pathways is committed to bringing meaningful workshops and motivational speakers to our students at Arkansas Northeastern College. It's great to be inspired by others but it brings much better feelings to us to be able to bring inspiration to others.

Motivational Speakers:
September 22, 2009 Press Release
PAUL VITALE VISITS ANC
RENOWNED SPEAKER INSPIRES WITH
“IT’S YOUR LIFE, DOMINATE IT!”
BLYTHEVILLE, AR—Nationally
renowned professional speaker and author
PAUL VITALE inspired and challenged students on the Blytheville and
Burdette campuses of Arkansas Northeastern College in late August.
Presenting his signature message “It’s Your Life, Dominate It!”
VITALE challenged those in
attendance to maximize their potential to the fullest through instilling
five fundamental practices. Vitale, founder of Vital Communications, Inc., travels worldwide speaking to organizations about the importance of a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and other concepts vital in today’s society. His audiences benefit from the many seeds of heroism he has encountered during his travels and experiences with people from the corporate boardroom, to the classroom and everywhere in between. During the high-energy presentation “It’s Your Life, Dominate It!” Vitale presented ideas that captivated and inspired students to not merely exist, but thrive and excel in this constantly changing world.
Engaging the students through real-life experiences and entertaining multi-media, Vitale introduced them to concepts such as “Choose Challenge Over Comfort” and “Dwell On What You Have, Not On What You Don’t.” Vitale encouraged those in attendance to continue bettering themselves and reiterated the importance of pursuing their education to the fullest. During the meet and greet after his presentations, Vitale fielded questions and visited with students about their various choices of career paths. “It was a privilege to have the opportunity to speak
to the students of ANC,”
stated Vitale. “As they
chart their future course, they have the opportunity day in and day out
to make each moment of their lives count for something special.
It is obvious to me that the faculty and staff of PAUL VITALE
is a native of Document: It's Your Life, Dominate It

What is Tipp?
Do you want to be a better parent? The
correct answer is yes, I want to be a better parent. Get
TIPP! TIPP is the plan you've been waiting for to help
you plan your child rearing practices. It is a unique guide that
helps you determine what you want for your child, but it is also the
tool that helps others see in writing what your desires are for the
child. By putting your desires in writing, you create an
environment for your family that embraces thoughtful and reflective
action and accountability. TIPP is a written plan
through which parents are challenged to think about the life of the
child, and to implement their desires by first writing them on paper and
then acting on them. It is a tool that takes parenting to a new
level, and begins to lay the foundation for true Christian parenting and
child rearing. It is a God-send.
Most of
us talk about "raising" our children. TIPP challenges parents to
"rear" their children. What's the difference between "raising" and
"rearing" your child? I'm glad you asked. Farmers "raise"
crops. They plant them, water them, fertilize them, and harvest
them with the intention of selling them. While they check on them
daily, they are left outside (where they grow best) for the elements to
influence them. The farmers contact is not always intimate, and
the raising is only individualized to the particular type of crop.
Each plant does not have its own raising method.
Child
rearing, on the other hand, involves birthing, feeding, watering, loving
and nurturing the child. It involves thinking and reflecting as
adjustments are made in the life of the child.Child rearing involves the
heart and all of the emotions that accompany such an endeavor. It
is so much more that mere "raising." It is involving the things of God
and understanding humanity that helps to shape our child rearing
practices. Throughout TIPP, parents are asked to think about their
"child rearing" practices.
