The Certificate of Proficiency in Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) basic course is awarded upon successful completion of the one semester EMT course. Arkansas Northeastern College is committed to providing students the opportunity to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to successfully pass the certifications exams offered by the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technician. The EMT course is offered at the ANC Main Campus and is accredited by the Arkansas Department of Health, Section of Emergency Medical Services and Trauma Systems.

The Arkansas Northeastern College Paramedic Program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (www.caahep.org) upon the recommendation of the Committee on Accreditation of Education Programs for the Emergency Medical Services Professions (CoAEMSP).
