What you will learn is that if you continually give away all your ideas, you put yourself in a need for replenishment - this forces you to come up with new ideas and information.  Therefore, the more you give away and the more you share, the more that comes back to you and the more you ultimately learn and know.

"I decided to color code the Attendance Report, because it was hard for my instructors to see where to sign.  Many times they would sign-in on the wrong line.  With it being color coded with the class and the instructor's name on it, makes it easy for them to see.  I have gotten a lot of feedback from my instructor's as to how much better it is, especially Dave Fieber."
