What is the Arkansas Northeastern College Career Pathways program?

 

Arkansas Career Pathways Initiative is a partnership between community colleges, workforce development agencies, employers and social service providers.  The Career Pathways Initiative (CPI) provides education and training that will result in the attainment of certificate or higher education degrees for Transitional Employment Assistance Program participants other students meeting income guidelines.

 

Emphasis is placed on program components as job readiness education, basic skills (GED), remediation, advanced skill training in high wage, high demand occupations and strong connections among ANC, potential students, employers and the Department of Workforce Services.
