Community Education Classes :.
Arkansas Northeastern College's Continuing and Community Education brings exciting life-long learning opportunities through non-credit courses for children and adults. Educational travel opportunities are available to adults as well.
Adult courses are taught in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. The teachers take great satisfaction in passing on knowledge of their subjects to the student. In these courses you take no tests, receive no grades, no degrees -- only the satisfaction of pursuing a hobby, developing a skill or becoming more knowledgeable of a subject.
At Arkansas Northeastern College, summer is a special time of the year for children and we are proud to offer a variety of quality courses that are designed to provide a season of fun and discovery through our "Summer Fest" program. The children enjoy learning new things and meeting other students from all over the area. The parents delight in seeing their children on stage, attending a tea, or just hearing about all of the exciting and fun things they have experienced and learned. Children have fun learning at Arkansas Northeastern College.
Schedules of Classes :.
Schedules of non-credit courses are published three times a year -- January, May, and August. The schedules are readily available in area newspapers, libraries and through the Continuing and Community Education office which is located in the Adams/Vines Building on the ANC main campus in Blytheville.
The Continuing and Community Education courses and trips are a sure cure for the doldrums, an excellent way to keep your mind young and alert and your spirits high, a way to stay in step with the world around you and enrich your life tremendously.
The cost is low, the returns high!
